Developmental Service Worker (DSW)

• Minimum 2-year Diploma / Degree in social services or related field of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
• Certification in CPR and First Aid
• Good problem-solving skill 
• Can meet the physical demands of the position
• Valid G-class driver's license 
• Must have an updated police check with vulnerable sector search
• Experience in applied behavioral intervention techniques is an asset

To provide meaningful and accountable support and services that will have a positive impact on the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities.

• Support residents with activities of daily living, behavior management, life skills
• Engage and support residents in community activities, appointments
• Administer medications
• Preparing meals and light housekeeping
